If any product shipped to you is in faulty/damaged condition, you are asked by us to e-mail the images of the faulty/damaged packet, as soon as you open the packet at “email id”. We will replace the faulty/damaged product by mailing us back the default packet. As soon as we will receive the product, we will instantly send you the replacement order and we will also cover up for the costs incurred in mailing us back the order. If by any chance the product is out of stock, we will at once refund the amount to the customer.
Anyways if the product(s) purchased is no more required by you, you can write to us in that regard on “email-id” within 48 hours (2 days) of obtaining purchased order. You can also return the shipment, if unopened, for a repayment or gift voucher for the same amount. However, in such condition, we regret to inform that we would not be able to compensate for the shipping charges spend by you.

- Wrong Size
- Wrong Color
- Wrong Quantity
- Wrong Style
- Defective
- Damaged, Or
- Significantly different from the description given by the merchant.
- Missing Parts/Accessories
- Dead On Arrival, Damaged, Or Significantly different from the description given by the merchant.
However, for some products, the sale is a final sale, and the merchant does not accept any return. Some healthcare products, customized products, products like undergarments, lingerie, swimsuits etc and perishables including flowers, edible products cannot be returned due to health & hygiene reasons.
We will also not be able to accept the return if product:
- Is used/worn or altered
- Exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
- Is returned without original packaging and accessories
- Serial Number is tampered.
However do make sure that the merchandise has not been used/worn or altered/tampered with, as well as is accompanied by its original price tag and packing slip. Please contact our customer support, so we can help facilitate your return.
If you have received an empty parcel or any item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Note-
Cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of placement of order or, if your order has not yet been shipped, whichever is earlier.
Once a return or cancellation has been processed, money will be refunded to you within 3-10 days. In case of COD, we will ask you for bank details (Account holder name, IFSC Code, Bank Name and Address, Account Number) and send the payment via NEFT. For payments via card, net-banking, amount will be returned to the same account.
Returns will be processed within 7 days of your request. Once a reverse pickup request has been generated, our courier partner will make max of two attempts to pick up the order. If the order is not handed over to courier partner for any reason (packet not ready, not at home etc), the return request will be forfeited and your request will be denied.
If an order has been shipped and returned for whatever reason, one way shipping charge will be deducted from refund amount unless return case fall under the above mentioned return criteria.
Shipping charge will also be deducted if you do not accept the order on delivery.
Given the huge cost involved in international shipment, no returns and refunds are acceptable in case of international orders once shipped.
